In the often hectic environment of a dealership do you ever struggle to remember everything that needs to be done? Let your PDA help! When you think of something that needs to be done, quickly create a task for it in your PDA (and optionally set a reminder). This can be anything from calling back a potential customer, to picking up shirts at the cleaner, or checking the internal website to see which vehicles qualify for special bonus incentives. Here's how...

To enter tasks on the Pocket PC tap the Tasks entry on the "Today" screen or press the hardware button for Tasks.

1. •Tap the "New" menu item at the bottom of the screen
   

2. •Enter the subject of the task, i.e. "Pick up shirts"
   

3. •Enter the priority, status, reminder and other fields as needed
   

4. •Tap "OK" in the upper right corner of the screen to return to the task list
