Pocket PC: Trim Compares

Are you leveraging the Trim Compares in the latest version of iDeal for Pocket PC? You can compare the standard features and options between trim levels of a vehicle quickly and easily to up-sell or "right"-sell your customer. Here's how:

1. •In iDeal tap on a make and then on a model.
   

2. •The trim levels for the model are listed.  Besides being able to tap on a trim to get details, each trim level has a checkbox in front of it.
   

3. •Tap the checkboxes for the two trims that you want to compare (only two can be checked at a time; uncheck one box before checking a different box).
   

4. •Tap on the "Compare" button at the bottom of the trim list
   

5. •The comparison screen will be shown.  Tap on the model name link at the top of page to return to the trim list.
   

In the comparison screen the trims are listed in the order shown at the top of the screen by the trim codes. The items are listed by their category with links so you can quickly jump to the category you are interested in or you can scroll through the list. For each item and trim the following values are given:

                                            S         The item is standard for the trim.

                                            O         The item is optional for the trim.

                                             -          The item is not available for the trim.
