Pocket PC: Keeping iDeal Profile Updated


In this edition we cover the importance of keeping your profile current. Your profile determines which type of content you receive (Palm OS or Windows Mobile), what email address will be used to notify you of updates, what phone number we can reach you at in case of technical support or other issues, etc. From time to time your email address or contact phone number may change or you may upgrade to a new PDA. Keeping your iDeal profile current will ensure that we can offer the best service possible with no interruptions.


To update your profile, log in to our website as you normally do on the login page. On your Subscription Information page click on the Edit Profile link.


On the Edit Profile page you can edit the following fields:


  1. •First and Last Name

  2. •Email Address

  3. •Password

  4. •Phone Number

  5. •Dealership/Company

  6. •Division

  7. •Title

  8. •PDA Type

  9. •PDA Brand

  10. •PDA Model

  11. •PDA Memory


When you have made your changes click the Save Profile button to save your changes.


By making sure your profile is always current you'll be sure to get the email announcements when updates are available for your subscriptions and we'll be able to provide you the best technical support.
