In the often hectic environment of a dealership do you ever struggle to remember everything that needs to be done? Let your PDA help! When you think of something that needs to be done, quickly create a task for it in your PDA (and optionally set a reminder). This can be anything from calling back a potential customer, to picking up shirts at the cleaner, or checking the internal website to see which vehicles qualify for special bonus incentives. Here's how...

To enter tasks on the Palm OS simply tap the Tasks icon from the "home" screen or press the Tasks hardware button on the PDA.

• Tap "New"

• Enter the name of the task, i.e. "Pick up shirts"

1. •Tap "Details". On the details screen you can set details such as priority, category, due date,  and set a reminder.
   

• When the details are set the way you want, tap "OK" to return to the task list
